NEUHAUSEN. This 49-acre park is located north of the city center and houses more than 15,000 varieties of flowers and plants. The garden is broken down by varieties and offers an interesting and educational look at a range of flora.

CITY CENTER - ALTSTADT. The English Garden is the largest natural area of the city. Located north of the city, the natural vistas draw thousands of visitors to the gardens for walks and picnics. Swimming in the rivers that run through the area is also an option. The garden also houses several popular beer gardens that provides a lovely rest stop after a walking tour of the city.

NEUHAUSEN. This lovely garden west of the city center features 67 acres of green space, which was built in the 19th century as a royal deer park. The gardens house one of the largest beer gardens in the world with a capacity for 8000 people. This is a popular spot for locals to picnic and enjoy nature walks.
