A companion to the Altes Rathaus, or Old Town Hall, this interesting building stands as the New Town Hall and is home to most functions of local government. Located on the northern side of the Marienplatz. The building represents 19th century neo-Gothic architecture. SCHWABING. This 950 foot high tower stands at the center of the Olympic Park and offers visitors sweeping views of the city. Definitely a site to visit during your time in Munich. It features a restaurant, too.
